All room rates are Net, including 21% Government Tax and Service Charge, with complimentary welcome drink and daily breakfast. 

Payment: payment in full for all charge must be settled 07 days after received invoice from the hotel
Cancellation should be received in writing at least 3 days in advance for low season. A one-night cancellation fee is applied for all cancellation made within 3 days. For High / Peak season, at least 15 days in advance should be received of the cancellation. Should your clients No-Show on the expected date of arrival; the first night accommodation will be charged for each room.
