Payment: payment in full for all charge must be settled 07 days after received invoice from the hotel Cancellation should be received in writing at least 3 days in advance for low season. A one-night cancellation fee is applied for all cancellation made within 3 days. For High / Peak season, at least 15 days in advance should be received of the cancellation.
