Check In / Out :
Check in is 14.00 in the afternoon. Checkout is 11.00 noon.Late check out until17.00 pm is charged 50% from existing rate. after 18.00 considered a full night charged.
Cancellation:
1. For any reservation, the hotel should received cancellation notification directly at least three (3) days prior to guest's arrival during low season and seven (7)
  days during high and fourteen (14) days during peak season. Failing to do sho, a one (1) night cancellation penalty for total number of room (s) confirmed will be charged
2. In case of no show on the date of staying, a one (1) night cancellation penalty from total number of room (s) confirmed will be charged
3. In case of no show on the date of stay during the Peak Season a full length of stay cancellation penalty of total number of rooms confirmed will be charged.
