All rates are quoted per room and per night stay (single/double) All rates are quoted in USD, inclusive twenty-one percent (21%) service charge and prevailing government tax.
Cancellation:
Notification of cancellation shall be made 24 (twenty four) hours prior to check in date, or else one night cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation fee will be calculated based on number of rooms booked
The Hotel will automatically release any rooms booking without any specific guaranteed letter / voucher neither authorized signature of the Travel
Amendments or additions to this agreement are valid only if agreed to in writing and signed by both parties.
Check-In and Check-Out:
50% of the above rate is being charged for day use until 18.00, thereafter the full rate applies
Check in time is 14.00, early check in upon request and subject to availability
Check out time is 12.00, late check out (until 14.00) upon request and subject to availability
It is not possible to guarantee that all rooms will be available at any given time during high occupancy periods
Every effort will be made by the Hotel to place guests in rooms as selected in this agreement
